I cannot activate on my new laptop

Hi, I recently changed computer and have not been able to activate version 12 on my laptop. Each time I enter the activation number, I get error 22 and am redirected to the support page which then says that I have 2 possible activations but I simply cannot get it to work. It's like a never ending loop

That is a version 11 key.
