Text box moving when I type into it.

I have been updating a document in Nitro PDF Pro 14.14.0.13 using what it calls according to the properties screen "typewriter" text. When I type into it the entire box moves down the page with every character I type (or delete), after a couple of lines I have to stop, come out of the text type tool and drag the box back to the top of the page.  It also has a habit of cutting off the bottom line of text so I have to have some spare white space charecters at the bottom so it cuts them off instead.
