It instructs me to Deactivate with the suppliled link then, Reactivate with my license. Upon selecting the Deactivate button it says I have not seleceted a device. But, there are no device options to select. I'm stuck. https://licenses.gonitro.com/prd/portal I love you're product but I need to get back in. It's not my fault that MS Windows is junk. If there is nothing to release, all we need to do is to proceed with the installation and activation. Are you having an issue activating the serial number 234600-uvwxyz-674473? djl@terrapacific.net Posted March 1 Author Report Share Posted March 1 I stated that I have Nitro Pro 12 with a valid license. I merely reinstalled Windows 10. Not I need Nitro back. You have the same problem with other users. It would let you use the license for 12 unless you de activate a current device. But I don't have any current active devices to de activate.
