Transfer the license number

Hi,

We installed v13 in the old laptop. Now we would like to transfer the license to the new laptop. The issue is it says the license number doesn't exist when I try to activate.

The version I try to activate is v14, I'm not sure it causes the problem? If it is where can I download the old version?
