Cannot conv doc to pdf using Nitro Pro 14ert a MS word

Hi,

For some reason i am unable to convert a word doc to a pdf any longer.  It just stopped working.  I have tried using the tool bar in word itself and then also right clicking on the file and clicking on the convert doc to pdf using nitro pro.  Can you pelase advise.  I am using 14.18.1.41

I understand you can no longer convert a Word document to PDF using Nitro PDF Pro. 
For testing purposes, let us check if you can convert to PDF by printing to PDF using the Nitro PDF Creator. Here are the steps:

1. Open your Notepad application.
2. Type any text in the Notepad file.
3. Go to File > Print and select 'Nitro PDF Creator' as the printer.
4. Click Print, and when prompted to save the file, assign a filename, then save.

Please let me know if this print job goes through the process and successfully creates a PDF.

Lastly, please access the ‘Printers & Scanners’ in Windows and check if you have the ‘Nitro PDF Creator’ printer, similar to the screenshot below.
