Nitro Doesn't Log in

Nitro will not log me in to the application. I am able to log in on the promt, then it just gives me this page:

When I close it, the app is not logged in. I can log in to Nitro sign, but there is no place to add any connected apps. 

Nitro version is 13.70.7.60.

I believe this is related to the temporary issue that was resolved by our product team a few hours after the occurrence. 
You should be able to successfully log in to the application using your Nitro Sign account.
