NITRO PDF Pro shows in READER mode

Can someone please knows about why NITRO PDF Pro shows in READER mode either when I have a Business Licenses

Having the same trouble, just bought a Business License and it shows as Reader. Have tried everything, reinstalling and there is no "activation" button.

I am having the same issue. Nitro Pro only opens in Reader Mode. Can someone assist?

I see that you have submitted a support ticket regarding this issue.
I recommend submitting a support ticket if you have questions about the Nitro PDF Pro application and its cloud services since your license is on subscription.

I am also having the same issue and I don't even know how to submit a support ticket, everything I tried is greyed out and will let me access.  Then reading this forum, there are no answers, how is this supposed to help?
