Unable to copy and paste text with formatting

I have a document that has formatted text:

thumbnail?id=1VyTDSAVIzPahX5EW0hJ68A066A

I want to add a digit to the bottom text and retain the same display formatting (add a comma and zero).  However, I cannot for the life of me figure out how to do so?  I've tried "copy with formatting" from context menu, but as soon as I paste it looses the font weight.

If I try to select as an object, it select the entire line (there are other text off-screen), and even with selecting to edit as paragraph — which does isolate the selection — it doesn't allow me to switch focus to the selection as an object, only as text.

Any advice?

Greetings @Harrison Chu

Thank you for reaching out through our Community Forums!

Do you have a sample PDF file that you can share so I can review and test it on my end?
You can attach the PDF file when you reply to this post.

Kind regards,

Greetings @Harrison Chu

Can you try applying the Arial-Black font style to the entire Amount after edit? Apply this font style to the other amount so they all appear the same.
This is the same font style used in the Closing Balance text values, and the quickest workaround I found.

Kind regards,
