HI, 

I am using Nitro Pro V11, recently my laptop HDD got changed hence i am not able to reactivate my license now. 

Could you please help me to resolve this issue.

To further assist you, could you please provide the serial number of your Nitro Pro? This matters because our business installers are different from the online ones.
