The Nitro Sign is a web service that can be accessed via web browser, and it does not have a software that can be installed on a computer. You may be referring to the Nitro PDF Pro application as I can that you purchased this license last year. If this is correct, you can download the installer from the link below to the new computer and then activate it using your version 14 serial number. https://www.gonitro.com/product-details/downloads - click the 'Download Nitro Pro 14' link. After the installation, you can activate by launching the application and then navigate to the Help tab > About Nitro PDF Pro > Activate. Enter your version 14 license then click Activate.
