Activation Issue - "Number of Allowed Activations Exceeded"

Have had to change hard drive and I tried to install Nitro Pro Ver13, but we faced below message.
"Number of Allowed Activations Exceeded"

My Nitro pro serial # is 504968-uvwxyz-043744 & email is katsourakis@bigpond.com

Could you please support to resolve this issue?

To further assist you, we adjusted your license, so you can now activate your copy of Nitro Pro by going to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate, entering your serial number, and clicking Activate.
