Richard Elborough Posted February 14 Report Share Posted February 14 hi, i am also unable to upgrade to v14 from v13, i have tried all the possibilities of contacting nitro to resolve this but it is impossible as you dont have a direct customer service portal, hopefully someone from nitro will see this post and be able to help?
