Cannot activate altough license portal says licenses are available

Hello, I am trying to install Nitro on my new computer (my serial is 234************255) and the Nitro's license portal says that there are 2 licenses available for this serial and none used, but when I install Nitro 12 from http://install.nitropdf.com******** and try to activate it, I get a message 22 - Wrong license number. I have spent hours on this as I need this software, but with no success.

Can anyone please help?
