In checking your email address, I see that you purchased Nitro PDF Pro version 13 license around April 2021. To continue on using this license, please install Nitro PDF Pro 13 using the installer from the link below: https://www.gonitro.com/product-details/downloads - click the 'Download Nitro Pro 13' link. After the installation, you can activate it by launching the application and then navigating to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate, enter your version 13 license and click Activate. Cynthia Brandt Posted February 20 Report Share Posted February 20 I am unable to install Nitro on a new computer. The hard drive on the old computer died. I deactivated one of our 10 licenses and then tried to install that license as directed by your website but i still get the message that the license number does not exist. An activation issue will likely occur if the license version does not match the application version you would like to activate. Please check the version of your serial number using our license portal: https://licenses.gonitro.com/prd/portal From the license portal, kindly note the version (the Nitro PDF Pro application installed on the computer must match this version). To check which version is installed on the computer, launch Nitro PDF Pro and then navigate to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro. If the version does not match the license's version, please uninstall and install the appropriate Nitro PDF Pro version. The Nitro PDF Pro installer (versions 13 and 14) can be located from the link below: https://www.gonitro.com/product-details/downloads - please download the version that matches your serial number.
