Vance De Jager Posted February 21 Report Share Posted February 21 Nitro 13 works when I uninstall Nitro 14 and install 13. Nitro 14 gives “pdf cannot be opened because its open parameters are invalid or incomplete”. This happens in outlook when we try to open an attachment. Any suggestions as it very frustrating that we have a license for 14 and it’s not working and our license doesn’t work for 13 which IS working. The following details may help us understand and troubleshoot this issue: 1. What is the Nitro PDF Pro 14 build that can reproduce this error? The details can be found in the application under the Help tab > About Nitro Pro. 2. Simply as a test, if you ‘Save As’ the PDF file to your Local drive and access it from there using Nitro PDF Pro, does it open without error? 3.
