An activation issue will likely occur if the license version does not match the application version you would like to activate. Please check the version of your serial number using our license portal: https://licenses.gonitro.com/prd/portal From the license portal, kindly take note of the version (the Nitro PDF Pro application installed on the computer must match this version). To check which version is installed on the computer, launch Nitro PDF Pro and then navigate to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro. If the version does not match the license's version, please uninstall and then install the appropriate Nitro PDF Pro version. The Nitro PDF Pro installer (versions 13 and 14) can be located from the link below: https://www.gonitro.com/product-details/downloads - please download the version that matches your serial number. ColoradoBlueSkies Posted February 22 Report Share Posted February 22 I am having the same problem! I purchased a new computer, however, still need to use existing computer through April 15. I was previously told I can have on 2 computers. When I try to activate the trial version on the new computer, it states my serial number does not exist. I would check the version of your serial number in this portal https://licenses.gonitro.com/prd/portal And then check the version of the software installed on your computer by launching the application then navigating to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro. If the version of the application did not match the version of your serial number, you will need to install the matching/appropriate version of Nitro PDF Pro. The installer can be located here: https://www.gonitro.com/product-details/downloads - please download the version that matches your serial number.
