Upon checking, the serial number 5049xx-8xxxx0-026xx8 is eligible for a discounted upgrade to the newest version of Nitro Pro through our Upgrade portal. Can you please try again? If you are receiving the same upgrade error in the portal, please provide the complete details of the serial numbers (without Xs) so I can review them. Thanks,
