Unable to Upgrade to V14

Cannot upgrade please help.

I have made the necessary adjustments to ensure that you can proceed with upgrading your existing license to version 14 through the Upgrade Portal.
Please access our Upgrade Page again and then try to upgrade your serial number.

Hi Reymund. I have v12 and v13 in my laptops, and cannot upgrade them too. Can you also help me? The serial no are 2346xx-8xxxx0-611xx1 and   5049xx-8xxxx0-026xx8.

Upon checking, the serial number 5049xx-8xxxx0-026xx8 is eligible for a discounted upgrade to the newest version of Nitro Pro through our Upgrade portal. 
Can you please try again? 
If you are receiving the same upgrade error in the portal, please provide the complete details of the serial numbers (without Xs) so I can review them.

i am trying to upgrade my v12 to v14 and the upgrade portal and instructions do not work.

i have multiple licenses for which i may do the same. 

my current serial number is 23*************993

Please try upgrading the serial number 23*************993 on our Upgrade Page again.
It should give you the message, 'You’re eligible for a discounted upgrade to the newest version of Nitro Pro.'

Is there a way I can upgrade multiple serials with a single checkout process? OR do I have to check out 1 at a time?

Please note that the upgrade through the Upgrade Portal is one license at a time, which will make the checkout process one at a time as well.
