I am unable to activate my nitro pro 13 on my new laptop. I have deactivated Nitro from old laptop then try to activate on the new it asks me to copy the certificate and past on the http://www.gonitro.com/activation link did not open by clicking so I typed it and open it in browser and pasted and click on activate. it give me a message "activation successful" but when I copy and past the same certificate into the next activation screen it gave an error "there was an issue with the activation certificate"

How to get out of this situation, could not find any email, unable to log a ticket "nitro doesn't allow to log a ticket.

Please help.

Greetings @Asif Javaed

Thank you for reaching out through our Community Forums!

I recommend performing a clean uninstall using our cleanup tool and then reinstalling Nitro PDF Pro 13.
Please refer to the link below on how to use the Clean Up tool to remove Nitro PDF Pro:
https://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/search/cleanup/000004209

Once removed, install Nitro PDF Pro 13 using the installer from the link below:
https://www.gonitro.com/product-details/downloads - click the 'Download Nitro PDF Pro 13' link.

After the installation, launch the application, navigate to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro, and click Activate. This should prompt you to enter a serial number.

Kind regards,
