Unable to Upgrade Other Licenses Purchased in Group

Some time ago, we purchased a group of 4 licenses for Nitro 11.  We would like to upgrade them to the current version.  When I enter the serial numbers, the automated system indicates they have already been upgraded.

Here are the serial numbers that we would like to upgrade:

234601-******-**7882, 234601-******-**5532, 234601-******-**6419

The license that was already upgraded is 234601-******-**2137

The serial number that was upgraded successfully was 234************137.

The serial numbers that we would like to upgrade are:

234************882, 234************532, and 234************419

Please try to upgrade the serial numbers on our Upgrade Page again. 
It should give you the message, 'You’re eligible for a discounted upgrade to the newest version of Nitro Pro'.
