lorrainemcody@gmail.com Posted February 21 Report Share Posted February 21 I purchased 4 licenses for Nitro Pro 13 in June 2022. I recently had to upgrade my computer from Windows 7 to Windows 11. I began having issues with explorer on Windows crashing and after many support calls with Dell and Microsoft, it was determined that Nitro Pro 13 was causing the issue. I read through the Nitro support information and see that there is an issue with Nitro Pro 13 and Windows 11. I tried to upgrade to Nitro Pro 14 through the upgrade link but was told none of my serial numbers was recognized. Please help. Thank you. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
