Upgraded to 14, having issues with explorer on Windows crashing

I purchased 4 licenses for Nitro Pro 13 in June 2022.  I recently had to upgrade my computer from Windows 7 to Windows 11.  I began having issues with explorer on Windows crashing and after many support calls with Dell and Microsoft, it was determined that Nitro Pro 13 was causing the issue.  I read through the Nitro support information and see that there is an issue with Nitro Pro 13 and Windows 11.  I tried to upgrade to Nitro Pro 14 through the upgrade link but was told none of my serial numbers was recognized.  Please help. Thank you.
