I have tried to contact support but see this is very difficult and I am not able to start a new string on the forum either. I would love to know more about the issue. I have several questions for you: - What build of Nitro Pro are you working with? You can find this out by clicking on 'About Nitro Pro' under the Help tab (format is 13.XX.X.XXX, e.g. 13.70.2.40) - Is the issue file-specific or is it happening on all files? - Does the issue occur if you save it locally on your machine? Are you trying to save the document to a file share folder (e.g. Google Drive or OneDrive)? - Is this a new issue or has it occurred since after installing Nitro PDF Pro?
