Joachim Kabamba Posted January 17 Report Share Posted January 17 I have the same problem: I used to be able to generate clickeable hyperlinks by printing Word2019 documents with my Nitor PDF Creator. I repaired my Nitro 13 installation. I activated the Word, Excel and Outlook plugins, however it doesn't work. I am using Nitro Pro 13.16.2.300. Please help. Thank you. To further assist you, could you please provide the following?: -Is this a new issue or has it occurred since after installing Nitro PDF Pro? Any changes you were aware of before this happened (e.g. Windows Updates)? -The serial number of your Nitro PDF Pro. This matters because our business installers are different from the online ones. -What OS is installed on your computer (Windows 8.0, 8.1, 10, or 11, and whether it is 32-bit or 64-bit)? Is it by any chance with an ARM Processor? -Is your MS Office 2019 a 32-bit or 64-bit? Is the Nitro Addin also not enabling/activating in Outlook, Excel, & PowerPoint?
