Is anyone aware of a solution to this, and if so, can it be posted?

I am having the same issue with Nitro Pro 14.14.0.13, and the error is: "The selected profile is missing its private key and cannot be used to sign this document."

I understand you are using Nitro PDF Pro 114.14, however, sending over a screenshot of the 'About Nitro Pro' window along with the window that will appear after clicking the 'Activate' button will also make me understand what MSI version was used (Retail, Business, NLS, or Enterprise).

To send it via private message, hover your mouse on top of my name 'AllainU' and select 'Message'.
