John Eastwood
I'm creating our company's E-Forms, and I wonder if there's a quicker way to add multiple boxes for data input? Presently I am having to create, size and place them individually which takes ages? I turned on 'Snap to grid' but that doesn't work, because the grip doesn't line up with my Doc. I then tried to copy paste the ones I had created, and selected a line (using Ctrl) of text boxes, but this obviously copies them, so when the form is finished you input data into one boxes and it generates in all of them. I just want to be able to snap the sizing to a previous box I created, so they are nicely in line and all sizes are uniform...
Official Nitronaut Reymund Oyong Posted March 2 Official Nitronaut Report Share Posted March 2 Greetings @John Eastwood Thank you for reaching out through our Community Forums! You can use the Make Copies feature to create multiple copies of a form field. These copies will have its own unique name, thus, the data you input in one field will not be copied to the other fields. The Make Copies can be found under the Properties tab that will appear when you select the form field. Please refer to the screenshot below: Kind regards,
