I've repeatedly tried to upload a pdf version of a contract today, and only gotten an "Uploading" message that never completes. I've tried logging out and back in and re-creating the pdf but neither helped...

Greetings @Larry Hill

Thank you for reaching out through our Community Forums!

Could you please confirm if this is occurring to all the PDF files you upload in Nitro Sign?
If so, can you try connecting to another internet connection (if possible) and see if the upload works?
Also, are you uploading the file through the Nitro PDF Pro application of through the web by going to https://cloud.gonitro.com?

If the upload fails only on specific file, what is the file size of the document and how many pages?
Is the document digitally signed?

Kind regards,

Hi Reymund:

Thanks for your reply last week. The issue went away after 6-8 hours, but it's back today.

I've tried both re-creating the pdf and trying to upload a Word file: both never complete the upload.

I tried uploading from a different Mac and it worked.

But this is the second time in 10 days I've encountered this issue. And since it eventually resolved on the same internet connection where it had failed, I suspect the issue is with Nitro. Have there been any other reports of stalled uploads?

Larry

Hi Reymund:

The issue is back. Uplods never finish on my desktop iMac, and my MacBook Air gets the message, "Upload Failed! Oops, something went wrong. Let us know what happened here" which directs me to this forum.

I have two documents that urgently need to be signed. There doesn't appear to be any tech support available to me - not sure what to do now...

I've isolated the bug to AdBlock Plus: Nitro works fine when I disable it.

Is there any known fix?

Greetings @Larry Hill

Thank you for reaching out through our Community Forums!
I apologize for the delay in replying to your update on this topic.

I have not heard of an issue when uploading the document to Nitro Sign using Mac OS. As a test, I have a MacOS and was able to upload a file to my Nitro Sign account.

I understand that this issue is isolated, as you have found that AdBlock Plus is causing the upload to fail. If AdBlock Plus has an option to whitelist the URLs needed by Nitro Sign, I can forward them to you and see if whitelisting them will make a difference.

Kind regards,
