Larry Hill Posted February 28 Report Share Posted February 28 I've repeatedly tried to upload a pdf version of a contract today, and only gotten an "Uploading" message that never completes. Could you please confirm if this is occurring to all the PDF files you upload in Nitro Sign? If so, can you try connecting to another internet connection (if possible) and see if the upload works? Also, are you uploading the file through the Nitro PDF Pro application of through the web by going to https://cloud.gonitro.com? If the upload fails only on specific file, what is the file size of the document and how many pages? Is the document digitally signed?
