Purchased Nitro but no confirmation and cant sign in to use all options

Hi 

I purchased Nitro and downloaded the v14.  I cannot find the confirmation email with the activation code in. It is not in junk etc.  The payment has definitely come out of my account on 12th February 2024.  I cant use the ticket as I don't have the activation code.

I have gone ahead to check your account records and have executed resending your invoice to your email address so please check your Inbox and Spam / Junk folder as sometimes our emails go there.
