Steve23 Posted March 1 Report Share Posted March 1 Hello, Was just wondering how to factory hard reset my nitro 7q?? I held down the volume up and power then when I seen the screen light up I let go of the power, but i can't get it into recovery mode? Can someone please help me I have the device but I don't have the password. Just wanted to format the device an start fresh. Any help would be greatly appreciated. This seems to be related to the Maxwest Nitro 7Q device and not with the Nitro PDF Pro application. I recommend contacting the device manufacturer for further assistance.
