Unable to upgrade from Nitro 13 to Nitro 14

I have purchased Nitro from OFF BIT SOLUTIONS, Office No.304, Sr.No.144, Akshay Business Square,  Garmal, Near Dhayari Phata, Sinhgad Road, PUNE Maharashtra 411041, India.

I am unable to upgrade to Nitro PDF after I reinstalled windows.   Prior to reinstalling  I was having Nitro Pro 14 .   Now how to upgrade?

Could you please provide your Nitro PDF Pro serial number so we can review its record and check its eligibility for upgrade?

In checking the provided serial number, I see it is a version 13 license, which will only work on a Nitro PDF Pro 13 installation. 
Please ensure to install Nitro PDF Pro 13 so you can successfully activate using this serial number. You can download the version 13 installer from the link below: 

https://www.gonitro.com/product-details/downloads - click the 'Download Nitro Pro 13' link.  

After the installation, you can activate it by opening the application, navigating to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate, entering the serial number, and clicking Activate.
