Moving computers and cant find my Seriel

I have had to get a new computer and am moving Nitro across. 

I cant find my serial

Hello, I have the same problem! I upgraded last year from 12 to 14 and activated it. Since then, I always could see my Serial number. But now only appears:

504969XXXXXXXXXXXX

The other thing is: How can I get to the page where I can see my licenses, and see on which PC it is installed?  Whe I press "Login" where ever, I ger to a page with the account Overview and My Products, which is Nitro Sign, and when I click on Sign In to Cloud, there appears a page Nitro Sign where I have no content. And on top right beside a symbol the word "Expired".

So no way to see my licenses!!

The serial number in the application is partially displayed to protect the license from theft and unauthorized use. 
The complete serial number can be found in the invoice receipt you received after purchasing the license. 

Please note that Nitro PDF Pro serial numbers are not associated with Nitro Sign, and they are not saved/stored in the Nitro Sign portal.
