Nitro documents gets error codes when opened in Adobe

I am a long-time customer of Nitro.  We are an investigative firm that creates reports 200 to 300 pages.  Today we had two clients report errors 14 and 135 and they use Adobe Acrobat.  It opens fine with Nitro on our end, but it's a mess when opened in Adobe.  Pages are blank, first page is 8.5 by 11, but page 2 is small thumbnails.  I have used the PDF Xviewer, and have the same issue.  I have opened it in Adobe Reader and I get the same issue.  Is there anything I can do to convert my document into something Adobe can open?  This is urgent, thanks in advance.
