Brendan Patrick Posted March 4 Report Share Posted March 4 Hi, After dealing with hours of troubleshooting on the "setup wizard failed prematurely" error, we finally got the pdf pro client installed on the workstation (Windows 11). Now, however, the user cannot sign in. The client is open, in the top right there is the option to log in, we click that, enter the user account details, and then nothing happens. Just continues to act as though the user is operating under a free trial status. Out of 21 in the organization, this is the only user experiencing this. Any help? Thanks!
