Never received serial number for activation

I purchased a subscription yesterday morning as my trial had expired.  I have yet to receive the activation email which - I presume - contains the 18 digit serial number / activation code.  My Cleverbridge reference number is ****.  

The email yesterday from Cleverbridge indicated I would receive the email in 24 hours due to a technical issue.  24 hours has passed and I still cannot use this product.

I see you've recently purchased the Nitro Pro subscription, which doesn't come with a serial number. You should have received an activation email guiding you on creating an account.

To get started, please follow these steps:

  • Download and install Nitro Pro 14 NLS version for installation.
  • Once installed, log in using your registered email address and password to activate Nitro.

If you encounter any difficulties or have questions along the way, please don't hesitate to ask.
