Dewan Pietersen Posted March 6 Report Posted March 6 I am trying to set up Nitro Pro on a computer and when trying to activate it it gives an "Please enter a valid serial number" error although I know the number is correct. How do I solve this?

Please provide the license you are using to activate the software, and we will review it. Also, what options do you have when you navigate to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro and click Activate? Does it prompt you for a serial number field, or do you see a Load from File button? Kind regards,
