Dewan Pietersen Posted March 6 Report Share Posted March 6 I am trying to set up Nitro Pro on a computer and when trying to activate it it gives an "Please enter a valid serial number" error although I know the number is correct. Please provide the license you are using to activate the software, and we will review it. Also, what options do you have when you navigate to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro and click Activate?
