Ken Ray Posted March 7 Report Share Posted March 7 Hello. I have had Nitro Pro 13 on a laptop for about 2 years. I need to move the license to a new computer because the laptop is not functioning properly. Both are Windows 11. I can still boot the laptop to deactivate the license, but I cannot find the original purchase/license email via search in Outlook, which only returns the last 12 months.
