Lani Lundberg Posted March 11 Report Posted March 11 Hi, I recently changed computer and have not been able to activate version 12 on my laptop. I have checked the support page which then says that I have 2 possible activations but I simply cannot get it to work. It's like a never ending loop. Could you please help me activate?

In checking your email address, I see a Nitro PDF Pro license purchase with a version 13 license. I recommend using this license as the Nitro Pro 12 and older versions are no longer supported (see Sunset Policy), and their activation servers have been shut down. The details of the license we found under your email address have been sent here via direct message. Please check it, including the steps to activate it using your serial number. Kind regards,
