Sara Nelson Posted March 11 Report Posted March 11 I had deactivated my serial number on the old computer and then tried to add the software to the new computer. Still, I am getting an error saying that the serial number doesn't exist or that I must deactivate it on the old computer to install it on the new one. The deactivation was completed. I need this software, but I have not found another way to speak with support. At this point, I have reactivated the serial number on the old computer so that I can post this message. Our records show that you have a version 13 license. You may have installed version 14 on the new computer, which can only be activated with a version 14 serial number. To resolve this issue, I recommend uninstalling Nitro PDF Pro on the new computer and then installing Nitro PDF Pro 13 using the installer from the link below: https://www.gonitro.com/support/upgrade - click the 'Download Nitro PDF Pro 13' link. Once Nitro PDF Pro 13 is installed, you can activate it using your version 13 serial number. Kind regards,
