Marco Caruso Posted March 19 Report Share Posted March 19 Good morning, I have purchased a Nitro PDF Pro 14 license for Windows but have not yet been able to install it properly as, at the end of the installation, when I click on the icon, an error window pops up shown at the attached image. I have tried following some online tutorials for troubleshooting the problem, but I have not been able to solve the issues. I have Windows 7 Professional as operative system. Sorry to hear of that frustration; Windows 7 is no longer supported, which is why you're seeing that error. I sent you a direct message regarding this issue.
