Having a similar problem with Nitro Pro 13 and outlook from office 365.  When right clicking on a message and selecting convert to PDF, a window pops up making it look like it will convert, then nothing happens.  I need to cancel out of the window.  When using Print in Outlook to Nitro PDF printer, that works.  But the Outlook menu items don't seem to be able initiate a conversion.  I'm not sure if these troubleshooting options above apply.  I've removed Nitro Pro 13 and reinstalled, and it still has the problem.

Hello @Jim Kabage,

Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums and our sincere apologies for the inconvenience.

For the sake of initial troubleshooting this issue, we recommend that you repair your Nitro Pro. Please reboot your computer before and after running this repair to ensure no ties to Nitro are still active in the background. You may refer to this article: https://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/search/repair/000004603

If the Modify button is greyed out, please refer to this screen-cast that will teach you how to go to Control Panel > All Control Panel Items > Programs and Features and repair your Nitro Pro program or any application installed on your system: https://www.screencast.com/t/rvpUkq40c

If repairing didn't help, could you please provide the following?:

-Is this a new issue or has it occurred since installing Nitro PDF Pro? Are there any changes you were aware of before this happened (e.g. Windows Updates)?

-What build of Nitro PDF Pro are you working with? You can find this out by clicking on 'About Nitro Pro' under the Help tab (format is 13.XX.X.XXX, e.g. 13.70.7.60) or you can go to Control Panel > Programs and Features under the Version column.

Thanks in advance!
