Dan Leal Posted March 20 Report Share Posted March 20 Some of our users are experiencing issues reading PDFs that they are receiving from Dropbox Fax. For whatever reason, we are only able to see the first page of the fax and then all other pages are blank. The PDF look fine when opening them up in a browser (Chrome, Firefox). I have made sure that Nitro is up to date (currently on 14.22.1.0). Please let me know if there are any suggestions on how to fix this issue. Thank you.
