Cyndy Nahass
Hi, I am currently interested in trying to perform two tasks. First, we have an "archive" of files from the past couple of years. I would like to write a javascript(?) then run it via batch processing to check all of the nitro .pdf documents for any unsigned forms. Most of our forms have one or two signature fields at the bottom. Then, I'd like to create a script that runs within a form after it has been signed to maybe change the file name and append "reviewed" or just "rev" to the end of the filename (so someone can tell at a glance that the form has been signed). I'd like to do this going forward, after ensuring all of the older files in the archive do have a signature. I am not familiar with Javascript, but I have written code in vba and used macros in Office products. I would appreciate any insight or suggestions on the bet way to approach this. TIA!
