I am afraid I cannot find the purchase under your name or email address. To help you with your request, could you please provide the following information for me?

-The full name and address of the purchaser

-The email address used to purchase Nitro PDF Pro 

 

This information is very critical because at the moment, Nitro has 4 different licensing models below:

-Retail (single-user license with serial number format '5049xx-xxxxxx-xxxxxx')
-Business (volume license with serial number format '5049xx-xxxxxx-xxxxxx')
-NLS (Needs to log in using the Nitro Sign account with the program to activate)
-Enterprise (needs a license file .lic to activate)
