No way to authorize our purchased activation numbers

VERSION IS 13.70.7.60

PC DEVICE ID C236114A-E716-4C19-9339-647080E2C730

The PC (504935-uvwxyz-021969 or possibly 50495-uvwxyz-3879101  ) toolbar space was missing.  We uninstalled and reinstalled ( 13.70.7.60) and now the PC says the trial has expired and only provides a link to the website to buy a subscription.  There is no where to enter our authorization number.  No help or about menu, or preferences.

How can we reauthorize using our purchased number?
