Scott Kopf Posted March 26 Report Share Posted March 26 Help! Tried activating in the program and get an error. I have gone to https://licenses.gonitro.com/prd/portal and entered the serial number. It shows active with 0 activations. How do I get this solved? I click to submit a support ticket and get routed back to enter the serial number again. For your information, our Activation Portal is only used to deactivate previous activations. If there is nothing to release, all we need to do is to proceed with the installation and activation. To assist you, could you please provide the serial number of your Nitro Pro 12? This matters because our business installers are different from the online ones. You can send the license details in this post so it will be visible to all the moderators. Rest assured, we will hide the serial number before making the post visible in this thread. Need to move my license to a new machine. I've tried to deactivate on the old machine, but it doesn't work.
