Activation of Nitro Pro not working after re-install

Hi, I had to uninstall my version of Nitro Pro, but have re-installed and the serial number is not working.  I've tried to de-activate the serial number via the Nitro website, but it is not showing any of the licenses being used.  looking for help getting my version working again.

For your information, our Activation Portal is only used to deactivate previous activations. If there is nothing to release, all we need to do is to proceed with the installation and activation.

To further assist you, please download Nitro PDF Pro 13 using these installers:

You can now activate your copy of Nitro PDF Pro by going to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate, entering your serial number 504965-uvwxyz-z04371, and clicking Activate.
