Antolin Jimenez Posted March 27 Report Share Posted March 27 I am using Nitro Pro 14 and I have some .pdf files. I want to compress these files, I go to File --> Print --> select Nitro Print --> printer options --> I select Web Quality. By doing that the weight goes up twice as much. What build of Nitro PDF Pro are you working with? You can find this out by clicking on 'About Nitro Pro' under the Help tab (format is 14.XX.X.XXX, e.g. 14.17.2.29) or you can go to Control Panel > Programs and Features under the Version column. Sending over a screenshot of the 'About Nitro Pro' window will also help me understand what MSI version was used (Retail, Business, NLS, or Enterprise). Thank you in advance!
