Still Cannot Uninstall v14 in order to re-install v13

I  am trying to install v13 on a new computer. I mistakenly downloaded and installed v. 14 before I realized that my serial number would not support that version. 

I've run multiple cleanup utilities and rebooted multiple times. I am trying to uninstall version 14.22.1.0 and a have used the clean up utility for that specific version (and others). 

 When I run the cleanup utility I get multiple errors rlating to Outlook, Explorer and other registry items. 

Error: Can not remove registry by VBS. Error occured. HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Office\{0}\Outlook\Addins\NitroPDFProfessional.MSOfficeAddin12

No matter what I do, when I try to install v. 13 it always says I have a "later version installed" and quits.

What can I do? This has dragged on too long already.

If this tool still results in an error,  could you please provide the serial number of your Nitro Pro 13? This matters because our business installers are different from the online ones.

I still cannot seem to uninstall the version 14 from my computer. I tried the latest link (uninstaller) you provided. It still says it cannot remove registry by VBS. 

I was given this serial number by your support team for my Nitro Pro 13: 504915-uvwxyz-548856

I was also given a link to download the latest version of 13 and I tried that today and when I tried to install the program it again stops me and says I have a "later version" installed on my computer. 

I'm in a horrible loop here. Thanks.

That's what I get when running the "clean up" utility. 

Then, when I go and try to install Version 13 i get a popup that says: 

"A later version of NitroPro is already installed"  with only one option -- an orange Tab that says "Finish" and when I click that it closes.

You'll be pleased to hear that I've solved this problem. I went into the registry manually and deleted some references to Nitro. I've now succesfully installed and activated Version 13 and I'm good to go....
