How do I get my Nitro Productivity Suite license activated on a new laptop?

I purchased Nitro Productivity Suite in 2018 and my old laptop died last week. I'm trying to get Nitro Pro installed and activated on my new laptop. My serial number can be found in your database, but I'm unable to Deactivate the license on my dead laptop. I tried tips provided in other threads, without success. Also, I've downloaded NitroPro 12, but I'm unable to install it due to the reasons listed here.  Any ideas?

I understand that I'm a unique case because Productivity Suite appears to not be an available product.
