Alec DeStefano Posted March 28 Report Share Posted March 28 I'm setting up a new computer with Nitro v13 and want to transfer the license from the old computer. The issue is the license was never sent to me and was sent to a former employee (used the old computer before me) so I don't have access to the full serial number to activate the software on the new computer.
