Problem with activation

I purchased Nitro Pro 3/29/24 and the confimation email stated "There will be a slight delay in activating your subscription. We are in the process of resolving technical issues which may include waiting for information from the software publisher. "

I have heard nothing further and am still unable to activate the software.

Does anyone know how long this delay likely to be, it would be nice to start using the software I just paid for!
