"Trial Not Started"

About a week ago, my Nitro Pro software started showing "Trial Not Started" in the lower right-hand corner, and I'm getting pop-ups instructing me to reach out to sales. I'm not sure why this is happening. I'm on version 12.16.9.574 with a license that has been working for several years. I'm not in any kind of "trial."

Hello @Ryan Pollard

If you are currently using the trial version, you can activate the full version by entering your serial number.

You can activate by opening Nitro, click on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate and enter your serial number.

As originally stated, I am not on a trial version. I'm on version 12.16.9.574 with a license that has been working for several years. What are my next steps for this?
